THE INHERITANCE ADVANCE
PROCESS
-
If
you are an heir to a probate estate and would like to
receive a portion of your inheritance now, call
CashExpress Funding, LLC at 800-303-3193 to discuss
an inheritance advance. You
will receive cash in 3 - 5 business days of
completing the application.
-
Inheritance Advance is not a loan so there is no
interest rate or a payment schedule of any
kind. Instead of lending you
money, the funding company will take an assignment of
your future inheritance, similar to a lien, in a set
amount.
-
The
amount of the assignment is set on case by case basis
to ensure you get the best possible rate for your
case.
-
The
amount of the assignment is SET IN STONE so even if
it takes over a year to conclude your probate
proceedings, you will not be charged more
money.
-
If
your probate takes less than a year, you may qualify
for an early pay-off rebate. To find out more, talk

THE PROBATE
PROCESS
If
you are an heir of an inheritance in probate or
beneficiary of a trust, you probably already know that
the probate process may take years to conclude and there
are no guarantees as to the amount of future distribution
or even, in some cases, whether the distribution will
occur at all. In addition,
liquidation and distribution of the estate can be
extremely costly.
Unknown
creditor claims, the deceased's medical bills, will contests
and/or claims by disputed heirs, Federal and State income taxes
owed by the deceased and/or the estate, estate taxes due or
bankruptcy claims on the heir's inheritance can all
significantly diminish or even completely obliterate the
estate.
Heirs
involved in the slow legal process are frequently in need of
cash.
The mortgage and taxes still have to be paid, even tough the
estate is in probate. Banks and other
traditional lending institutions such as credit unions
generally will not use inheritance, either in probate or trust,
as collateral, regardless of the size of the estate or the
amount of the inheritance.
Inheritance Advance can help with these
and many
other potential issues. Qualifying heirs can receive an
inheritance advance within 3 -5 business days and stop worrying
about the legal process. Call us now at 800-303-3193 to see if you
qualify.
PROBATE,
DEFINED
Probate
means the process by which the testator’s last will is
determined to be his or her final dispositive statement, and
which confirms the appointment of the person or institution
they have named to administer the estate. The term "probate" is
also used in the larger sense of probating the testator’s
estate. In this sense, probate means the process by which
assets are gathered, applied to pay debts, taxes and expenses
of administration, and distributed to those designated as
beneficiaries in the will. The person in charge of this process
is an Executor or personal representative named in the will or
an Administrator if appointed by the court.
